Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI + Workato Integration)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML development and hands-on experience in Workato automation/integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating AI-driven features, and automating workflows using Workato across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications (frontend + backend).

Build and integrate AI/ML features, including model development, data processing pipelines, and API-based ML integrations.

Develop automation workflows, recipes, and integrations on Workato.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement high-quality features.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

Troubleshoot issues across the stack—database, backend, frontend, and integrations.

Ensure clean code, best practices, and high-quality documentation.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in full stack development.

Knowledge of Workato

Strong knowledge of:

Backend: Node.js / Python / Java (any strong backend is acceptable)

Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Databases: SQL + NoSQL

Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Workato, including building recipes, connectors, and integrations.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration architecture.

Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with RPA or other automation tools (Zapier, Make, MuleSoft).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, serverless functions.

Experience in ETL/data engineering.

Prior experience working with distributed systems and real-time applications.
