Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack (MERN) Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js. The candidate should be capable of developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. Knowledge of Laravel or PHP will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX teams for seamless integration.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Follow best practices for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
• Strong backend knowledge in Node.js and Express.js.
• Good understanding of React.js, MongoDB, and API development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Git.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Laravel or PHP frameworks.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
