Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong hands-on experience in

Rust backend development

along with good practical skills in

frontend technologies (React.js preferred)

and exposure to

Node.js

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance backend services using Rust.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend modules.
• Collaborate in developing web applications using React.js (preferred) or similar frameworks.
• Work with Node.js where needed for integration or middleware.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and project coordinators.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Document technical solutions and follow clean coding practices.
• Work in agile/sprint-based development environment.
  

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Rust programming language (MUST).
• Experience with Rust frameworks such as:
• Actix Web
• Rocket
• Axum
• Warp
• Good understanding of memory safety, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes (Rust fundamentals).
• Strong experience in React.js, React Hooks, functional components.
• Experience with Node.js for backend or middleware development.
• Strong understanding of REST API architecture, microservices, and JSON.
• Good knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, or serverless deployments) is a bonus.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD, and agile project tools (Jira, Trello).

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Vite.
• Experience with WebAssembly (WASM) using Rust.
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Interest in low-level systems programming or high-performance apps.
