Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development using 

  React.js (frontend)

   and 

  Node.js (backend)

• Architect and build high-performance, reusable, and scalable applications
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate closely with global product and engineering teams on system design and integration
• Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes
• Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of total experience in full-stack web development
• Expert proficiency in 

  JavaScript, React.js, Node.js

  , 

  TypeScript, Next JS

   and 

  RESTful APIs

• Strong knowledge of 

  frontend build tools

   (Webpack, Babel), 

  state management

   (Redux/Context API), and 

  UI performance optimization

• Experience in 

  Express.js

  , 

  MongoDB / PostgreSQL

  , and 

  Microservices architecture

• Hands-on with 

  CI/CD pipelines

  , 

  Git workflows

  , 

  Docker

• Excellent understanding of
