As a Operation Specialist in our Lending Operations, The primary function of this role is to manage, lead and support the lending functions of ANZ Wholesale Lending Operations unit for Operations. Duties include Loans processing, Static data maintenance, Limit Maintenance on a timely and accurate basis. Good customer service ethics is part of this job, putting customers first and delivering operations service that continuously exceeds the internal and external customers expectations. The ability to build relationships and networks is essential to achieve this outcome. Provide an integrated and high level of customer service to the internal and external customers through collaboration and engagement Ensure all customer correspondence is clear, concise, time and accurate Responds and follows-through to ensure customer s needs are met by liaising with other parts of Operations to achieve customer delight. Seek to understand all relevant team functions by being a Subject Matter Expert. Conducts checks before processing, ensuring all documents details are accurate, verifies transactions Act as a first point of contact for internal and external parties for all team matters impacting the business, including Business Continuity Plan Control workflow What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Knowledge of Lending is a must Knowledge on LoanIQ for minimum of 24 Months Concern for Quality and Standards Excellent communication skills in written and oral English Succeeding Through Collaboration Problem solving Accuracy and attention to detail You re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
