Senior Fulfillment Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your knowledge by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Handle complete import & export logistics operations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Calculate and maintain inventory parameters (safety stock, lot size, lead time) in SAP ERP; segment materials using ABC/XYZ analysis and manage product lifecycle.
• Monitor purchase order backlog and perform expediting with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of logistics handling, material planning, S&OP, purchase, and inventory management with strong communication and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
