Position: Surveyor Material Inward & Documentation Location: Bhiwandi (Preferred candidates from Bhiwandi / nearby areas) Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse / logistics / QC / inward inspection Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct material inward checks upon arrival at warehouse. 2. Verify quantities and condition of goods as per Purchase Order / Packing List / Invoice. 3. Check and report discrepancies (shortage, damage, excess, wrong material, etc.) immediately. 4. Maintain material inward register and generate inspection reports. 5. Check shipment documents such as: 6. Packing List 7. Tax Invoice 8. Delivery Challan 9. E-way Bill / LR Copy 10. Coordinate with Store, Purchase & Transport teams for issues. Skills Required: 1. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email sharing). 2. Understanding of warehousing and material handling. 3. Ability to document and prepare simple inspection reports. 4. Strong alertness and responsibility in identifying discrepancies. Work Conditions: 1. Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse 2. Flexibility in working hours required based on material arrivals. 3. Warehouse operational environment. Qualification: 1. SSC / HSC / ITI / Diploma (any stream acceptable) 2. Candidate must be physically fit for warehouse operations.
