Job Description

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field 7+ years of experience in web application development with strong computer science fundamentals Expertise in System Design and developing complex web applications Experience with DevOps practices and Observability tools Strong knowledge of security best practices in software development Proficiency in JavaScript, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Tooling 3+ years of hands-on experience with React or similar frameworks Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, frameworks like Bootstrap, and preprocessors like SASS/LESS Experience with Nodejs frameworks such as Hapi, Express, StrongLoop, etc- Familiarity with PWA, Nextjs, Ramda, and Typescript is a plus Experience improving website performance for global markets Passion for performance profiling, debugging, and benchmarking Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design Responsibilities Lead the web front-end roadmap for both short and long-term goals Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new user-facing features Work closely with team members, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables Implement pixel-perfect, elegant user interfaces Conduct System Design and Code Reviews to build robust applications and prototypes Develop reusable, high-quality code and libraries for future use Continuously enhance website performance for a global user base Interview Process Technical Round: Mix of Javascript & Frontend fundamentals, DSA, System Design, HLD & LLD Technical Round: Javascript & Frontend fundamentals, DSA & System Design Final Technical Round: System Design, HLD & LLD Show more Show less
