Developer Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, WebSocket/Socket.io, and WebRTC.
• Experience in real-time communication applications (chat, video calling, etc.).
• Ability to follow documentation and design layouts precisely.
• Must deliver secure, scalable, and clean code following Flutter best practices.
• Must provide daily progress updates and adhere to deadlines.

Timeline

• Each activity must be delivered within defined milestones.
• All activities must be completed within 40 days from the start date.

Payment and Incentive Plan

• Base Payment: ₹15,000 per activity (Total ₹60,000 for 4 activities).
• Payment will be milestone-based upon activity approval and testing.

Incentive and Penalty Terms:

• If all activities are completed and made live within 45 days (including testing), an additional reward of ₹10,000 will be granted.
• If the project is not completed within the defined time limit, a penalty of ₹10,000 per activity will apply (net payment ₹10,000 per activity).
• Timely completion and delivery will qualify the developer/team for further evaluation for quality, security, and scalability.

Long-Term Reward:

Upon successful review of performance and code quality,
ONECONNECTIFY will offer a 5% share in net profit (up to ₹1 Crore) to the development team, distributed annually for up to 5 years.
