Strong knowledge of API integration, WebSocket/Socket.io, and WebRTC. Experience in real-time communication applications (chat, video calling, etc.). Ability to follow documentation and design layouts precisely. Must deliver secure, scalable, and clean code following Flutter best practices. Must provide daily progress updates and adhere to deadlines. Timeline Each activity must be delivered within defined milestones. All activities must be completed within 40 days from the start date. Payment and Incentive Plan Base Payment: ₹15,000 per activity (Total ₹60,000 for 4 activities). Payment will be milestone-based upon activity approval and testing. Incentive and Penalty Terms: If all activities are completed and made live within 45 days (including testing) , an additional reward of ₹10,000 will be granted. If the project is not completed within the defined time limit , a penalty of ₹10,000 per activity will apply (net payment ₹10,000 per activity). Timely completion and delivery will qualify the developer/team for further evaluation for quality, security, and scalability . Long-Term Reward: Upon successful review of performance and code quality, ONECONNECTIFY will offer a 5% share in net profit (up to ₹1 Crore) to the development team , distributed annually for up to 5 years .
