Qualification: Preferably CA-Inter or equivalent qualification Exp: 4-8 yrs Job Description: Ensuring Accounting for day-to-day transactions is as per the accounting standards. Ensuring secretarial and tax compliances by coordinating with local consultants. Supporting treasury operations and related compliances. Preparation of Month-end MIS file along with gross margin analysis. Quarterly reporting of financial numbers and notes in Hyperion financial system with strict adherence to timelines. Coordinating with statutory auditor for smooth completion of audit and ensuring timelines are met. Forex rate updating in system on month end and forex restatement. Experience on preparation of consolidated financials is added advantage. Ad hoc analysis and activities. Good communication skills and proficiency in MS-office would be necessary. Show more Show less
