Job Description

Key responsibilities:
Senior Ficial Analyst will be a fice partner to the relevant business team. This includes, among other things, responsibility for ficial metrics, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the fices of a high-growth business: Perform ficial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis and Ficial forecasts. Support in monthly/quarterly ficial closing activity in close co-ordination with business and accounting teams Closely monitor and control opex budget for the business. Evaluate and question the opex requirements and continuously benchmark cost productivity for the business. Facilitate ficial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective fice and cost management. Assist in Measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team in a timely manner Measuring and monitoring of metrics for new business initiatives Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner. Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time. Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and ficial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives. 3+ years of tax, fice or a related analytical field experience 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience 4+ years of applying key ficial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify fice or business tools and processes experience Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelors degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience Six Sigma Black Belt Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence Experience as a lean sensei, or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience MBA, or CPA Knowledge of Tableau Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other ficial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
