Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead and oversee all financial management, accounting, and budgeting activities at our Kochi office. The role involves managing a team of six finance and accounts professionals, ensuring robust financial governance, and providing strategic support to the Director Finance. The key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, etc.), managing working capital, banking operations, and cash flow, implementing financial controls, processes, and systems to strengthen governance, coordinating with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits, mentoring, guiding, and leading the finance team towards achieving departmental goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Logistics, Warehousing) to align financial strategies with business growth. The desired candidate should have a Full-time Post Graduation in Finance (MBA/M.Com/Equivalent) OR CA/CA Inter with relevant industrial experience, along with a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role in large or mid-sized companies, preferably in supply chain/logistics/warehousing sectors. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance, hands-on experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities with proven team management experience, and a proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.,
