Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive – Recovery & COD Collection to manage and streamline the collection process of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. The role involves monitoring receivables, following up on pending recoveries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections from partners, courier agencies, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor daily COD collections and pending recoveries.

Reconcile COD payments received against system-generated reports.

Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for COD remittance status.

Follow up with clients/vendors/partners for timely recovery of dues.

Investigate discrepancies or short payments and escalate unresolved issues.

Maintain accurate records of collections, outstanding amounts, and recovery status.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on COD and recovery performance.

Ensure adherence to financial and compliance policies related to collections.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

1–3 years of experience in COD recovery, collections,
