Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Field Sales Manager. The Senior Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role includes leading and motivating a sales team, meeting sales targets, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions. The candidate will also manage client accounts and coordinate with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Team leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets
Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a significant advantage
