Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer

Location: Udaipur

Budget / Compensation:

Fixed Gross Salary: ₹7,80,000 annually

Variable Incentives: ₹3,00,000 annually

Total CTC: ₹10,80,000

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and execution of fashion collections from initial sketch through to final production.

Develop detailed technical drawings and prepare accurate tech packs for the production team.

Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive collections.

Source and select fabrics, trims, and other materials in alignment with brand standards and budget guidelines.

Attend and oversee garment fittings to ensure a perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and wearability.

Present design concepts and collections to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in fashion designing.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing (or related field).

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.

Ability to translate design ideas into commercially viable collections.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
