Gracefilled Art is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Fashion Designer to lead the creative development of our collections. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can transform artistic inspiration into commercially viable designs while maintaining the brand’s unique identity and design standards. The Senior Fashion Designer will oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept research to final sample approval, ensuring consistency, quality, and originality in every collection.

You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fashion design, preferably in designing a women’s

wear ready to wear collection design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and commercially successful designs.

• Advanced skills in sketching, CAD, draping, patternmaking, and garment construction.

• Proven ability to translate artistic and cultural inspirations into cohesive collections.

• Strong understanding of fabrics, surface techniques, and current fashion market trends.

• Experience managing design projects and mentoring junior designers.

• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and presentation skills.
