Oversee the coordination between the designer and the production team to ensure timely production and delivery of high-end fashion products. 2. Communicating with the QC team to ensure that they pass high-quality products and also communicating with tailors to ensure that they understand their tasks to perform. 3. Provide expert advice and suggestions to tailors on fitting options and measurements, both virtually through online platforms and in-person consultations. 4. Create detailed flat sketches of outfit designs using design software or by hand, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying design elements. 5. Identify the requirements of the clients to ensure their needs. 6. Nurture the strong relationships with the clients to foster collaboration and ensure a diverse range of offerings for our manufacturing unit. 7. Research and development on upcoming fabrics, prints, and trends. 8. Ensuring that production runs smoothly by guiding employees on time management and task prioritization, and also be responsible for managing inventory or sourcing new materials or equipment as needed. 9. Create a daily report to track the regular activities and the development, also share reports with the MD of the organization daily. Qualifications 1. Digital Illustration, Drawing, and Painting skills on software. 2. Leadership Skills. 3. Experience in creating visual assets for video content. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 6. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field. 7.
