Senior Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Design Manager at our organization, your role will involve overseeing the coordination between the designer and the production team to ensure timely production and delivery of high-end fashion products. You will be responsible for communicating with the QC team to ensure the passage of high-quality products and collaborating with tailors to ensure their understanding of tasks to be performed. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and suggestions to tailors on fitting options and measurements, both virtually through online platforms and in-person consultations. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed flat sketches of outfit designs using design software or by hand, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying design elements. - Identify and meet the requirements of clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled. - Nurture strong relationships with clients to foster collaboration and ensure a diverse range of offerings for our manufacturing unit. - Conduct research and development on upcoming fabrics, prints, and trends. - Ensure smooth production by guiding employees on time management, task prioritization, and managing inventory or sourcing new materials or equipment as needed. - Create a daily report to track regular activities and development, sharing reports with the Managing Director daily. Qualifications: - Proficiency in digital illustration, drawing, and painting skills on software. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - Experience in creating visual assets for video content. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fashion designing. You are expected to work full-time in a permanent role at our in-person work location.
