Role Overview: You will be a seasoned Senior Fashion Designer with over 12 years of experience in luxury fashion design. As a key member of the creative team at Mnaam in Jaipur, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to bring the brand's vision to life through exceptional garment construction and quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret the Creative Director's vision and moodboards to create designs reflecting Mnaam's luxury positioning. - Oversee the end-to-end garment development process, ensuring each piece meets the brand's aesthetic and quality standards. - Collaborate with tailors, embroidery artisans, and pattern makers to achieve excellence in construction and finish. - Conduct market and trend research to inform design decisions and select premium fabrics, trims, and embroidery techniques aligned with luxury standards. - Utilize expertise in Western wear, including gowns, draped silhouettes, and modern tailoring, to resonate with Mnaam's target audience. - Guide and mentor junior designers, manage timelines and budgets, and push for quality, originality, and refinement in the final sample output. - Utilize proficiency in design software, technical craftsmanship, and attention to detail to excel in the role.
