Senior Fashion Consultant

As a member of the Amama team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our handcrafted jewellery store. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering personalized styling advice to customers, ensuring each individual has a unique and memorable shopping experience. - Achieving both individual and store sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling our exquisite jewellery pieces. - Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range and ensuring that merchandise is displayed in line with visual merchandising guidelines. - Building and fostering lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and drive customer loyalty. - Adhering to store standard operating procedures, including ensuring billing accuracy, managing stock effectively, and maintaining high levels of hygiene. - Supporting inventory checks and actively contributing to minimizing shrinkage within the store. - Collaborating closely with the store team to achieve overall business objectives and create a harmonious working environment. In addition to the above responsibilities, it is essential that you have 2-5 years of experience in retail operations to excel in this role. The location of this opportunity is in PMC, Kurla, and it is a full-time position with a negotiable salary.
