Job Description

As a Senior Facility Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence across technical and soft services operations. This multifaceted position presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise while expanding your leadership skills in soft services management. Your comprehensive approach to integrated facility management will have a significant impact on our facility operations. You will be responsible for leading electrical, mechanical, and plumbing operations to ensure optimal facility performance and reliability. Additionally, you will coordinate housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain exceptional facility standards. Developing preventive maintenance programs, managing inventories, establishing quality standards, and serving as a key liaison between service providers, staff, and management are also key aspects of the role. Success in this role will be reflected in the seamless integration of technical and soft services operations, effective preventive maintenance strategies, optimized operational costs, achievement of performance metrics, positive client relationships, and contributions to sustainability initiatives. To be successful in this position, you must have a degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in facility management. Proven leadership abilities, strong technical knowledge of building systems, experience in vendor management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in facility management software are also essential qualifications.
