Role Overview: This is a key role in the context of the metrics and the growth of the GL centre. You'll be responsible for the deliverables of specific work-streams and will be leading your team to achieve those. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain healthy metrics for your workstream - Supervise the floor in real time - Solve problems and escalate issues to the operations team - Conduct daily huddles and keep the team motivated - Train and mentor the GL Experts to achieve their goals Qualifications Required: - Must have 2-4 years of work experience involving a leadership position - Should have an analytical mindset and be good with numbers - Kannada speakers will be given a preference - People management skills will be key for this role - Should have reasonably good Excel skills Additional Details: In this role, leadership skills are crucial as you will need strong people skills to influence partners and reinforce their commitment to drive on the Uber platform. You will coach and lead a large team of highly enthusiastic Uber Experts to deliver Uber's growth goals. Analytical ability is essential, as a data-driven approach is taken to run the business. You will create metrics to measure the impact of your team's interactions and make operational decisions using data. Being process-driven with superior organizational skills is necessary, as you will constantly look to make things more efficient.
