As an Uber Vehicle Solutions Dealer Acquisition Associate, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in the car sales industry to assist driver partners in acquiring new vehicles with favorable rates and financing options. Your primary objective will be to meet personal car acquisition targets by strengthening existing relationships with car dealers and expanding business opportunities through Uber's vehicle solutions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in establishing marketing partnerships with specific dealers to enhance driver supply for Uber. Your responsibilities will include promoting Uber as the preferred partner for fleet car sales at dealerships in Bangalore and Karnataka, fostering loyalty among dealership sales personnel, serving as the main point of contact for Uber-related matters at dealerships, organizing marketing events and campaigns in collaboration with a portfolio of dealerships, and striving to increase the conversion of car sales to Uber. To excel in this role, you should possess certain key traits. You should be adept at creating mutually beneficial outcomes, adept at handling challenging conversations, proficient in delivering impactful presentations to esteemed clients, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals to gather on-the-ground insights, and skilled in problem-solving and maintaining relationships across various businesses.
