Your responsibilities will include promoting Uber as the preferred partner for fleet car sales at dealerships in Bangalore and Karnataka, fostering loyalty among dealership sales personnel, serving as the main point of contact for Uber-related matters at dealerships, organizing marketing events and campaigns in collaboration with a portfolio of dealerships, and striving to increase the conversion of car sales to Uber. To excel in this role, you should possess certain key traits. You should be adept at creating mutually beneficial outcomes, adept at handling challenging conversations, proficient in delivering impactful presentations to esteemed clients, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals to gather on-the-ground insights, and skilled in problem-solving and maintaining relationships across various businesses. The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-3 years of work experience, fluency in Kannada will be advantageous, willingness to travel within the city, proficiency in Excel, and a background in sales, analytics, or operations would be beneficial.,
