Senior Expert

You are a Senior Expert at Quorum Software, a global leader in digital technology for energy business workflows. As a part of the Global Services (PS) business unit, you will be based in Pune or Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid work model of 2 days per week in the office. Quorum Software has been connecting people and information across the energy value chain for over 20 years, helping energy workers optimize profitability and growth through cloud-first software and data integration. As a Senior Expert, you will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing team delivery of Energy Components upgrades, implementation, and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include providing services related to Hydrocarbon accounting using Energy Components, taking ownership of assigned tasks, overseeing team members" work quality and timely delivery, and collaborating with junior team members to overcome technical challenges. You will balance workload priorities across multiple concurrent upgrades for various customers, plan and execute project milestones, track project progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will mentor team members, lead team stand-ups and retrospectives, and serve as a Quorum Subject Matter Expert in client conversations. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 12+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years working experience in EC or relevant products in Hydrocarbon Management. Strong database skills, good understanding of the Oil & Gas domain, and fluency in English are essential requirements. Preferred skills include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, experience in Agile environments, and familiarity with cloud solutions and complex integrations. Reporting skills and prior experience in Energy Component product upgrades or implementations are considered advantageous.
