Senior Experience Design & Strategy Lead - Education Sector (India)

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around experience design and strategy. You will be responsible for defining top-level requirements for bespoke education solutions, developing user journeys, wireframes, and service blueprints, and ensuring alignment with SkillUp design guidelines while fostering innovation and flexibility. Additionally, you will identify process gaps, propose scalable solutions, and oversee internal teams and external design agencies to achieve optimal outcomes. Client and stakeholder management will also be a crucial aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with industry clients to grasp their educational needs and experience objectives, manage stakeholder expectations by clearly outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and act as a conduit between internal teams, design agencies, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. In terms of team building and collaboration, you may be required to recruit and lead a team of designers and strategists to deliver high-quality educational solutions. Alternatively, you will collaborate with external design agencies, ensuring quality standards are met while optimizing costs and resources. It is essential to cultivate a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking within your team. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in the education sector, particularly focusing on industry-specific learning solutions, and at least 5 years of experience in design strategy, UX, or service design strategy.
