Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire shift operation and planning manpower effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all warehouse functions such as Inward, Sorting, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory - Ensuring timely unloading of vehicles and reporting on vehicle status via email - Planning and adjusting manpower according to volume fluctuations - Independently handling a team of 150+ staff with a focus on teamwork - Implementing strategies for loss control at the site - Analyzing operational miss reports and productivity levels - Maintaining good hygiene standards within the warehouse - Providing timely responses to customer queries - Prioritizing safety of employees and premises without compromise - Promptly escalating non-compliance issues to management - Acknowledging any discrepancies in shipments received via email - Developing plans to enhance site productivity and optimizing manpower layout - Managing regional Profit and Loss (P&L) effectively to ensure zero debits from customers - Preventing productivity losses to sustain margins and ensuring P&L alignment with budget - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing timely support - Resolving customer queries promptly and sending reports as needed - Proactively addressing customer escalations to reduce complaints in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager In addition to the above responsibilities, if there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please provide them for a better understanding of the role.,
