Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth Training Needs Identification (TNI) by interacting with business stakeholders Design and develop training content including PPTs, video scripts, role-plays, and e-learning modules Align training content with current business requirements Maintain documentation and support updates in the L&D content repository Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and improve training materials Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a science background Strong English communication skills both verbal and written Script writing skills focused on learner-friendly content Ability to collaborate across departments to extract useful training inputs Familiarity with e-learning tools like Canva, Camtasia, Vyond (preferred) Experience in ed-tech, training, or teaching (preferred)
