JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE/ POSITION Video Editor & Graphic Designer - E Learning Modules ORGANISATION ENTITY Amity Institute of Training & Development LOCATION Noida Job Description Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video editing and graphic design principles, with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging content. This role requires a creative individual who can effectively combine their skills to produce high-quality videos that capture attention and tell compelling stories. Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit and assemble video footage to create engaging and cohesive videos. Select and arrange video clips, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. Color correct and grade video footage to achieve desired aesthetic. Add text, graphics, and animations to videos as needed. Export videos in various formats and resolutions for different platforms. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, branding elements, and social media content. Design and develop motion graphics animations for videos. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in design and branding. Storyboard: Developing Storyboard- Develop storyboard based on content developed by SMEs for high quality video production Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of video editing techniques, color theory, and storytelling. Creative and innovative mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities Evaluate tasks and training needs to design, develop and deploy ILT and e-learning content Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge and skill. Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct learner analysis and identify training needs Determine learning objectives and instructional strategies by leveraging relevant taxonomies Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods develop exercises and activities that enhance the interactivity Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.) Determine criteria used to gauge learner performance and develop assessment instruments Maintain project documentation and course folders Competency Requirement (with desired proficiency level): Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Excellent written and verbal communication skills For More details please reach out Bhayalakshmi-9019930479
