Job Description

Develop relationships with travel agencies and other stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and maximize revenue. ?Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. ?Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential travel agents to promote airline products and services. ?Work with internal teams such as revenue management, Group desk and sales support to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. ?Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the airline's corporate & retail sales business. ? Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments. ? Need to travel extensively on daily basis within the city limits & outstation need basis. ? Need to achieve revenue targets set by Manager in Charge. ? Need to ensure that high load factors are maintained from designated Stations. ? Negotiate and close group queries raised from the customers. ? Need to collaborate and align with the organization objectives. Desired Skills: ? Ability to work in a virtual and independent setup. ? Written and oral communication skills should be very good.
