Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably with an Interior Design background)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Customer Experience team in the interior design division. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, experience in interior project sales, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end client interactions, from the first point of contact to project closure.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior design solutions.

Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.

Conduct negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.

Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with new and existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep updated knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and market pricing.

Skills & Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in interior sales / modular interiors / residential interiors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing ability.

Ability to understand design concepts, floor plans, and material details.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Any graduate; candidates with interior design or architecture-related background are preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
