Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of RM/PM.
Run and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) cycles to generate procurement and replenishment plans.
Conduct inventory analysis to optimize stock levels, minimize working capital, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of RM/PM.
Monitor demand vs. supply gaps and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Track supplier performance and escalate risks related to material shortages or delays.
Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, consumption trends, and forecast accuracy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Material Planning, MRP, and Inventory Management.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others).
Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight timelines
