Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a "Senior Executive Scan to BIM" at our Ahmedabad location. The Senior Executive Scan to BIM will be responsible for managing and executing Scan to BIM projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include processing laser scan data, creating 3D models, coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of BIM software and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Scan to BIM processes and technologies
• Proficiency in Revit Software is must
• Experience with laser scan data processing and 3D modeling
• Knowledge of BIM software, standards, and best practices
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Relevant experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

Must have Qualifications:

• Revit Software hands on experience
• 2+ years of experience in Scan to BIM
