Senior Executive - Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support
  

Manage and respond to daily operational emails from internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of communication and ensure timely follow-ups. Support the sales team with documentation and coordination tasks.

• Product Testing as Business Unit:
  

Collaborate to support testing and validation of new products or features.
Document test results, feedback, and escalate issues to relevant teams.

• Interdepartmental Interface:
  

Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment

• Reporting & Documentation
  

Prepare regular reports on support activities, product testing outcomes, and IT coordination status.

• Compliance & Policy Adherence:
  

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including those related to uploads, rebated travel issuance, TDS/GST, internal controls, and agreements to support efficient sales operations.

• Quality Control:
  

Maintain individual performance standards and quality checks to ensure cases are handled without escalations.

• Quote Turnaround Time (TAT):
  

Ensure adherence to required TAT for all travel quotes to support sales efforts.

• Other Duties:
  

Perform any other tasks or duties assigned as per business needs.________________________________________

Qualification And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in airline/travel background.
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of airline fares, Sky speed or GDS is a plus.
