Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or queries. Negotiate deals and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies. Prepare and review necessary documentation, contracts, and closing statements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the closing process. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction. Requirements: Proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a focus on sourcing or closing, as applicable. Strong network and relationships within the Real Estate industry, preferably in the Thane area. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
