Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage irregular operations including flight delays, cancellations, and other disruptions.
• Utilize the Sky Schedule system to identify affected passengers and determine suitable re-accommodation options.
• Coordinate with NP/OCC operations teams to assess impact and implement necessary schedule changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to all relevant stakeholders via email.
• Apply thorough understanding of GDS systems and IATA standards for implementing Codeshare/Interline changes, including queue handling and reject message resolution.
• Efficiently interpret TTY messages for operational clarity.
• Develop comprehensive UAT test plans and cases for onboarding new codeshare partners.
• Collaborate with the partnership team to incorporate real-time scenarios and testing requirements, ensuring operational readiness across all touchpoints.
• Identify and promptly address real-time issues within the New Skies system.
• Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
  

Desired Qualities

• Strong understanding of SkySpeed or any of the airline reservation systems.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good knowledge of E-tickets and handling reject teletype messages.
• Experience in documenting business requirements to facilitate process automation.
• Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
