Should act as a crucial link with Public, other government bodies, and Private organizations for executing contracts for Real estate Assets disposal. Candidate should aware on updates of government policies, regulations, and industry trends.
Should be well verse on making reports on communication and collaboration activities, and maintaining accurate records. Public speaking and presentation skills are must.
Will be responsible for making visits to properties and negotiate deals, and ensure smooth property transactions while staying updated on market trends and legal regulations.
