Job Description

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) professional will ensure product quality, safety, and compliance across manufacturing operations at the Pataudi facility. The role involves working closely with vendors, internal teams, and labs to maintain Honasas quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and quality standards (GMP, ISO, CDSCO, BIS).
Monitor quality at third-party manufacturing units and conduct audits.
Review raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Handle quality deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA.
Support NPD trials, pilot batches, and first commercial batches.
Manage consumer complaints and drive root cause analysis.
Maintain quality documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
2–6 years of QA experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and documentation
Knowledge of cosmetic quality systems
Good communication and stakeholder management
