Job Description

**Lab Analyst (Immediate Requirement) M.Sc. Chemistry*

Perform routine and advanced wet laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using standard analytical techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, and gravimetric methods, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and adherence to approved test methods and SOPs.
Prepare reagents, standards, and samples with precision; calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot basic equipment issues; and ensure instruments are qualified, validated, and fit for purpose to support reliable analytical outcomes.
Document experimental procedures, observations, calculations, and results in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, and LIMS; review data for compliance with specifications; investigate out-of-specification or out-of-trend results; and support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including GLP/GMP practices; follow chemical handling, waste disposal, and EHS guidelines; participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and RD to support method development, validation, stability studies, and technology transfer activities; provide timely analytical support to meet project and release timelines.
