Responsible to deliver targets on sales volume, price and grow the business significantly & consistently Responsible for market intelligence, generating project leads & proactively pursuing them to a logical conclusion. Generate inquiry data bank & track the progress on regular basis and seek support wherever required. Drive brand / product differentiation in the market by Thermal / Acoustic Performance of Stonewool and Glasswool products. To work with sales team, System-providers like drywall companies, roofing, civil, insulation contractors and HVAC contractors, to develop techno-commercially viable and value-added insulation solution for this sector. Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy. Create Brand / Product awareness based on applications / performance among the specification community/ OEMs & look for opportunities for converting other types of insulation to Stonewool and Glasswool in Industrial & building segments. Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy & growth. Develop & maintain effective networking with Architects and Consultants within the Industrial & building segments through specifications. Promote System Selling for dry wall partitions, sandwich panel applications etc. Thorough knowledge about Thermal calculations & energy savings and solution based technical bidding. Track the Stonewool and Glasswool specified projects & ensure their conversion by closely working with sales team in the region. Independently submit and clear technical bids and work with sales team to clear techno commercial bids. Key requirements : 1) Min education qualification - Engineer with 1st class throughout & no gaps 2) Work experience - 4+ years 3) Should have experience in Specification & Project Sales to PEB, HVAC, Process Industry (any of the three industries) 4) Good Stability in all the companies
Chemist/ Quality Executive R&D 1) Responsible for testing of all incoming raw material / packing material / water analysis / glass analysis etc. 2) Perform chemical testing during external inspection. 3) Test & prepare report for Incoming raw material (In Ideal situation). a) All chemicals within two working days after receipt of material in SAP. b) All packing material within two working days after receipt of material in SAP In case of two R/M received in one day get priorities from HOD. Maintain all test record as per control format. In case of non-acceptance, give failure report to HOD. 4) Testing, maintaining records & reporting of resin / binder / chemicals / water etc. 5) Preparing & maintaining stock of reagents which is used in testing with proper identification. 6) Maintaining record of received test reports of supplier. 7) Retention of all records as per retention policy. 8) Participating in third party system audit & maintain assessable test records of all material in dept. 9) Report in time - In case of instrument failure / Perform preventive maintenance with the help of Instrument department 10) Maintaining of proper instruments identification, calibration status, Product display, Product catalogue etc. 11) Ensure proper sampling of all raw material before performing analysis 12) Retain sample of material in case of failure till to get final decision of HOD & identified consignment with marking Rejected 13) Maintaining all master instruments of R&D department with their calibration report. 14) To carry out inspection of goods (Finish / Semi finish) as per quality procedure or inspection plan in Glass wool , Flexi duct , Pipe section. 15) Prepare daily MIS report & maintain all documents as per implemented quality system. 16) Provide verbal feedback if material under production not as per requirement or as per laid down specification for immediate corrective action from production. 17) Ensure proper packing (Identification of goods, carton, and polythene) of finish good by performing visual inspection. In case of non-conformity inform to shift in charge for corrective measure. 18) Performing additional random checking of glass wool on retain sample in QC for LOI / moisture content. 19) Performing long duration test for glass wool product / Pipe section product / Flexi duct product. 20) Complaint investigation along with preventive action. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION MSc. (Chemistry)/ BSc. (PCM) MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP Minimum 5 years Experience NATURE OF EXPERIENCE Experience in Glass Industry (preferred Insulation). SPECIFIC SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Ability to conduct and manage the testing while maintaining the safety standards. - Desire to spend time in production line to monitor the manufacturing of new products. - Strong knowledge in the field of Chemistry and Materials. - Good skill in data analysis, result interpretation and documentation - Knowledge of Computer & SAP - Having exposure to ISO, OSHAS, WCM.
