Role overview: As a Senior Executive \u2013 Outbound Marketing , you will lead and scale outbound lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels. This role is frontline and relationship-driven , focusing on identifying new market opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, driving foot-on-the-ground activations, and aligning outbound initiatives with revenue targets. You will directly contribute to the pipeline by executing and optimizing outbound experiments. Key Responsibilities: Own SQL/meeting booking targets in coordination with the sales team. Build and run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, Google, email, and WhatsApp, targeting B2B prospects. Identify and experiment with new channels and formats for lead generation (webinars, partnerships, events). Own lead capture, follow-up strategy, and performance analysis of field events. Represent the company at B2B events and initiate cold conversations. Requirements What we are looking for: Up to 3 years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, field activations, or business development. Proficiency in outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Mailmodo, Lemlist). Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach. Strong understanding of outbound funnels, targeting strategy, and lead qualification. Comfortable with fieldwork and face-to-face client interactions (if applicable). Key Skills & Tools: Campaign Management Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite CRM & Analytics: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics Event Marketing: Webinars, offline events, awareness activations Reporting & Strategy: Excel, PowerPoint, MIS dashboards Bonus: Familiarity with SEO/SEM, WhatsApp Business campaigns, UTM tracking Benefits Why join us?
