Senior Executive-Order to Cash-receipts and payments

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that monthly and incremental fees are billed to the client. You will project manage client accruals and year-end billing. Additionally, you will act as the point of contact for all Regional Finance Director questions and work with clients to confirm check remittance details for Accounting when necessary. You will review monthly reports posted by Media Reconciliation Supervisors to track the overall progress of discrepancies by client. For new clients, you will manage new client set-up with the Regional Finance Director and work with SBUs to help solve cash application issues for intercompany transfers as needed. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing quality customer service through processing - Meeting assigned targets in accordance with SLA and internal standards - Ensuring the quality of transactions complies with predefined parameters set by Process Excellence Standards - Adhering to established attendance schedules You will also be responsible for: - Ensuring adherence to Company Policies and Procedures - Collaborating with AM, Manager, CCEs, Subject Matter Experts, QCA / CEA for various purposes such as reporting performance, handling escalations, settling issues, providing feedback, and seeking support - Acting as a Process Trainer/SME for process-related training, including refresher trainings, competencies, and soft skills training.,
