Roles & Responsibilities:- Conduct sales forecasting (mid-term, annual, and monthly) Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. SAP user for sales and distribution module (S&D). Coordinate with customers for dispatches, schedules, quality issue resolutions, and material in warding Manage account reconciliation, receivables, and credit/debit note clearing. Maintain excellent relationship with customers to enhance current and future business prospects. Handle customer rejections, sales returns, and internal/customer audits. Prepare management reports for internal reviews and decision-making. Manage institutional business and government tenders via the GEM portal. Sending price amendment mail to the customers Prepare and document tenders for various clients. Central coordinator for Tech Shows & exhibitions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management within the Industrial Automation industry. Excellent presentation skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels. Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
