Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in the service sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales, and strong client handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inside sales and telecalling to generate and convert leads.
  • Interact with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate services.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
  • Handle objections and close sales efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client servicing roles.
  • Must have prior experience in the service sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
