Senior Executive - Member Relations

As an exclusive club that delivers curated experiences across live entertainment, dining, sports, and cinema in India and globally, Red Stub Club aims to create unmatched experiences for its members through a curated and exclusive offering available by invite only. - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. - Build and maintain relationships with members to foster loyalty and encourage participation. - Identify opportunities to increase revenue through membership sales and other initiatives. - Respond to member inquiries via various channels and maintain accurate member records. - Conduct market research to understand member needs and preferences and identify potential new markets. - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall member experience and align with organizational goals. - Analyze membership data to inform strategic decisions and improve member engagement. - Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Membership Sales and Membership Benefits, acting as a Brand Ambassador for the Club. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in the luxury/hospitality industries. - Proven track record of success in a comparable position. - Excellent knowledge, skills, and ability in developing and implementing strategies related to brand management and sales. - Strong network and connections in the industry. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong research and analysis skills, empathy and problem-solving skills, conflict resolution and customer complaint management skills, and the ability to build loyalty and provide excellent customer service.
