Senior Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Analyst with 1 year of experience to support our sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to help drive our ESG strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ESG data collection, validation, and analysis across environmental, social, and governance metrics.

Assist in preparing ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor ESG trends, regulatory developments, and industry benchmarks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ESG initiatives and track progress.

Contribute to sustainability assessments, materiality analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Help maintain ESG documentation and ensure compliance with reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Participate in ESG audits and support the development of improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.

1 year of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.

Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs).

Strong analytical and research skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ESG data platforms.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passion for sustainability and responsible business practices.
