Job Description:

As part of our energetic team, your role will include:

• Communicating effectively with clients (English & Hindi).
• Explaining products and services clearly and confidently.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handling inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
• Following up regularly and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with the team and reporting daily progress.
• Providing solutions to customer queries.
• Maintaining customer details in our database.
• Presenting yourself with confidence and positivity.
