Sales & Operations Planning: Conducting Sales & Operations Planning meetings (Pre-S & OP and S & OP), to providing visibility and communication on sales, demand, distribution, and supply trends in support of business growth. Close coordination with Logistics Team for timely, appropriate documentation & dispatch. Inventory Management: Maintenance of RM & PM (Long lead-time RM.S & PM.S and APIS) as per the defined lead times to avoid stock outs/under stock of products for all business units across the all plants. Tracking of Non-Moving & Slow moving, retest/ to be expired materials to reduce Obsolescence and Design of Safety stocks & Re-order levels to meet the Customer needs or Business needs. Materials Management: Planning, Organizing, Directing, Reporting, controlling the flow of materials from their Purchase to destinations by tracking Right quantity, at the Right time, to the right place for availability of materials to the Plants or Production plans for timely execution, testing and Delivery of the products as per commitments.
