Nature’s Essence, a leader in the Facial Kit and Bleach segments, started over 20 years ago by supporting salons with beauty treatments and affordable products, and has expanded to retail categories like face wash, scrubs, masks, gels, and lotions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive - Marketplace Ads located in Gurugram. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online marketplace advertising campaigns. This includes setting up ads, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ad management on online marketplaces, especially Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit & Instamart
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Should have understanding of Amazon Pi
• Experience in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus
